Participants will learn the basics of 4-shaft loom weaving. Start with an empty loom. Learn to read a draft, prepare a warp, dress the loom and weave a sampler with at least four different patterns. Explore additional patterns as time permits and discuss project planning.
No experience necessary. Looms and other equipment are available for use during class and all materials are provided. You may bring your own loom; please check with instructor to ensure it is suitable for class. Space is limited.

WHERE: MGHW studio, Room 300, upstairs at St John’s Methodist Church 1207 Peabody at Bellevue, entrance off parking lot accessible from Peabody
FEE: $130 which includes use of equipment, all fiber and materials. Bring your own lunch
$20 discount for MGHW members or students that join the guild.
